Shipping and Handling: Since we work from our own inventory, and the products shown on the website are in stock, orders placed before 12:00 pm on weekdays are delivered by GLS courier service to your door between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm the next day. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday, or can be picked up at a GLS package point the next day. (Except public holidays). It is possible to pick up the product in person within the opening hours (Monday-Thursday: 9 am-4 pm, Friday: 9 am-2 pm) even on the day of the order. In the case of personal pick-up orders that are older than one week but have not been picked up, we try to contact the buyer and arrange a pick-up time. If this is unsuccessful after several attempts, we cancel the order - we will also send an email notification about this. In such cases, of course, it is possible to order the product again immediately.
Payment methods:
- Cash on delivery, with cash or bank card to the GLS courier service
- By bank transfer (delivery after receipt of payment)
- In case of personal pick-up, with cash or bank card in our store
- By bank card on the OTP Simplepay interface
Order / Cancellation of Order: Orders are placed through the webshop. Only registered users can make purchases on the webshop, but you do not need to register beforehand to start shopping, you can provide your data when finalizing the purchase. Registration is possible with a valid email address and by providing the mandatory information. If you do not have a valid email address, you can also place your order by phone at +36-30-2577-824. Orders can be cancelled by phone or email, or by filling out our Contact form. If the cancellation is made in writing, be sure to include the order number (found in the confirmation email) in the message. Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to cancel orders that have been handed over to the courier service. If you wish to exercise the legally guaranteed right of withdrawal, you can do so in the manner specified by law, but we cannot reimburse the cost of delivery and return. After the purchase, the status of the order can be viewed under "My Orders" in your user account. The system sends notifications to the registered email address about any important status changes, and our colleague will contact you by phone regarding each order to coordinate. Therefore, it is important to provide a phone number during registration that we can reach you on during working hours.
