Orders & Cancellations
Orders & Cancellation policy
According to Government Regulation 17/1999 (II.5.), the Purchaser may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within eight business days from the day of receipt of the product. In case of written withdrawal, it shall be deemed to have been validly exercised if the Purchaser sends their statement before the expiry of the deadline. In the event of withdrawal, the Purchaser is obliged to return the products to the Supplier, along with the original packaging, in undamaged condition and with the invoice. The Supplier will refund the purchase price of the product within 30 days after the return of the product, provided that the product is undamaged. The Purchaser bears the costs associated with the return of the product due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal. Therefore, the Supplier cannot accept cash-on-delivery returns. The Supplier may demand compensation for any damage resulting from the improper use of the product or damage after delivery.
