Data protection
The Supplier records the data requested during registration or ordering related to the Customer (name, address, delivery address, email address, telephone number, and tax identification number for resellers), which are recorded and processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order and for submitting future orders. The transfer of data or disclosure to third parties is carried out solely in connection with the fulfillment of orders for persons involved in the fulfillment, such as courier companies. By accepting the order, the Supplier assumes that the Customer has given consent to the data processing.
The Supplier's server may collect data regarding customers, such as IP address, browser type, and settings. The operator prepares statistical summaries from the recorded data, and the final results of these statistics can only be produced in statistical form, which is not suitable for associating with individual identifiers.
The Customer may request information from the Supplier about the handling of his/her data, correction, blocking, or deletion of the data. In the event of a violation of the rights of the data subject with regard to data processing, the Customer may turn to a court under Section 22 of Act CXII of 2011 on information self-determination and freedom of information. Any person may initiate an investigation by the National Data Protection and Freedom of Information Authority on the basis of a complaint, citing that there has been a violation of the handling of personal data or there is a direct danger of such a violation. The Supplier informs the entitled person that the detailed rules concerning the processing of his/her data are contained in this legislation in the future.
SIMPLEPAY Data Transfer Declaration
I acknowledge that the following personal data stored in the user database of zippo.hu by Redflame Ltd. (Palóc utca 4, 1135 Budapest) as the data controller will be transferred to OTP Mobil Ltd. (1143 Budapest, Hungária körút 17-19) as the data processor. The scope of data transmitted by the data controller is as follows:
name,
e-mail address,
telephone number,
billing address data,
delivery address data.
The data transferred to OTP Mobil Kft. will be used exclusively for processing payments related to purchases made on zippo.hu. By accepting this data transfer declaration, the user consents to the transfer of their personal data to OTP Mobil Kft. for the purposes outlined above.
The data transfer will take place in accordance with the provisions of Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information.
The Redflame Kft. and OTP Mobil Kft. shall take all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data and prevent its accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, unauthorized access or disclosure, and any other unlawful forms of processing.
The user has the right to request information about the handling of their personal data, to request correction or deletion of their data, and to object to the handling of their personal data. The user may also contact the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information in case of violation of their rights related to data processing.
It is important for users to read and understand these declarations regarding the handling of their personal data and to give their consent only if they agree with the terms outlined above.
